Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Dreamstage Hybrid Mattress Notice: The Dreamstage 11 Inch Euro Top Hybrid Mattress is fulfilled directly by the manufacturer and typically ships within 3 business days.

Shipping Time

After your order has shipped, delivery typically arrives within 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Most orders are delivered within 2–6 business days total, including processing time.

The Dreamstage 11 Inch Euro Top Hybrid Mattress typically arrives within approximately 4–8 business days, including processing and transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by manufacturer processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Method

Many of our mattresses and sleep products ship compressed and packaged for convenient delivery directly to your door. Packaging methods may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to customers within the contiguous United States (the 48 lower states).

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.

Delivery Information

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Doms Mattress is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Once an order has shipped, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

Tracking information will be provided when available so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Multiple-Item Orders

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments. Mattresses, bed frames, bedding, and accessories may ship from different locations and may be delivered on different days.
