How long does shipping take?

How long does it take for my mattress to expand?

Expansion time varies by mattress model. Many mattresses expand within a few hours, but allow 24–72 hours for the mattress to fully expand and reach its intended comfort.

Do I need a box spring?

No. Our mattresses are compatible with platform bed frames, solid foundations, and adjustable bases. A box spring is not required.

Do you offer financing?

Do you accept returns?

Do you ship everywhere in the United States?

We currently ship throughout the contiguous United States (the 48 lower states).

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.

Can items from the same order arrive separately?

Yes. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments. Mattresses, bed frames, bedding, and accessories may ship from different locations and may be delivered on different days.
