How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business days. After shipment, delivery usually arrives within 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Most orders arrive within 2–6 business days total.

How is the mattress shipped?

Our mattresses ship compressed and rolled in a box for convenient delivery. This allows the mattress to be shipped through standard parcel carriers and delivered directly to your door.

How long does it take for the mattress to expand?

After unboxing, the mattress may take up to 72 hours to fully expand and return to its original shape. However, you can usually sleep on it the same night.

Do I need a box spring?

No. Our mattresses are compatible with platform bed frames, solid foundations, and adjustable bases. A box spring is not required.

What type of bed frame should I use?

Your mattress should be placed on a supportive and stable foundation, such as:

• Platform bed frames
• Solid foundations
• Slatted bases with slats no more than 2 inches apart

Are your foams certified?

Yes. Our mattresses use CertiPUR-US® certified foams, which are made without harmful chemicals and meet strict indoor air quality standards.

What warranty is included?

Warranty coverage varies by product:
