Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, returns are not accepted unless a product qualifies under warranty.

Most products sold through Doms Mattress include a manufacturer limited warranty that protects against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Typical warranty coverage includes:

• Mattresses – 10 year limited warranty
• Bed Frames – 1 year limited warranty
• Bedding Products – 3 year limited warranty
